Annotations, using annotator ncbo and presented

Resource NCBO Web service is a system of ontology-based annotation and indexing of biomedical data, the key functionality of the system to allow users to find resources biomedical data related to specific concepts of the ontology. Annotations, using Annotator NCBO and presented by integrating with BioPortal, which allows researchers to find resources related to biomedical (annotated) with specific ontology. Links NCBO service uses the concept of recognition (currently carried out by the National Center for Integrative Biomedical Informatics University of Michigan) to make a set of annotations and expanding the use of ontologies is_a relations in the ontology.
